Boat Season

It's a whole new year! Last year, we couldn't even show Keaton her life jacket without a major temper tantrum and it was a nightmare even attempting to go out on the boat. This year, she LOVES it! Thank goodness for everyone. We do have to go out pretty early though if we want to get naptime in. We haven't quite mastered sleeping on the boat yet. Any suggestions???

Jazz Fest in New Orleans

We spent my 31st birthday at Jazz Fest in New Orleans. Nana flew in to watch Keaton (2nd pick her pushing her baby in the stroller) and they had a blast. Of course we had a fabulous time even though it rained so much I needed more than one pedicure to get my feet back to normal. I must say I was a trooper.

Spring Break in Phoenix

We had the most wonderful spring break with our good friends, Adam and Reagan and their precious daughter Kaia. Keaton can't stop saying, "Where'd Kaia go?" They have a beautiful home and we were so blessed to go spend some quality time hanging out at their pool and walking to all their nearby markets. And yes, Keaton is officially ready for bathing suit season!

Terilli's We LOVE You!

This morning around 5:00 am, a fire started at our favorite restaurant, Terilli's. We could smell the smoke like it was in our own backyard. We spent a lot, and I mean a lot, of wonderful nights eating Italnachos and sipping wine and martinis while we listened to jazz music. We brought Keaton to Terilli's weekly when she was first born and she would fall right to sleep in her infant car seat while listening to the piano. We ate her with my family after my baby shower and celebrated New Years 2010 here a couple of months ago. Sad for all the staff that are out of their jobs and hope they will rebuild.
